Embark: Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn Lali on.

Energize: To switch between modes, press the power button once.

⁠Explore: Run Lali across sensitive  spots all over your body.  

Epilogue: Wash Lali with warm water & alcohol-free soap after every use.

We strongly recommend cleaning before & after every use.

Gently wash with warm water and soap. Avoid using any alcohol, gasoline or acetone cleaners. 

Pat dry once done.

Store in a clean dry environment.

• To charge Lali, plug the USB end into a compatible charging point and insert the pointed end of the charging cable all the way into the circular point below Lali’s power button. 
• When charging, you will see a flashing light. When Lali is fully charged, the light will turn off. 
• If Lali is not charging, adjust the charging cable to ensure it is pushed all the way in.

We typically process all orders within 24 hours. Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your location. In most cases, you will receive your order well before this time period.

• Lali offers free express shipping all over India.

• Yes. All orders are shipped in a plain bubble mailer with no indication of ‘Lali’s’ branding on the outside. However, out of an abundance of caution we recommend shipping your order to an address where you can receive the shipment yourself.

• Lali offers full refunds in cases where the order has not been shipped. However, once shipped your order cannot be canceled.

• In cases where the order has not been delivered, please fill the form at the bottom of this page to explain your case. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

• Lali is dedicated to sourcing and providing high-quality products. All shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen.
• Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.

• Yes, Lali products are made with Medical-Grade, Body-Safe Silicone, and free from BPA, Latex, Lead, and Phthalates, making it completely safe.

• Yes, ordering Lali products is legal. There is no law prohibiting the sale of our products.
