Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be Unopened, Unused and in its original condition. Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges on items that have been opened, part-consumed or used. 

Once you have determined your eligibility for a refund/cancellation, please reach out to our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide details such as your order number and reason for the return or 

Exchange. To verify the condition of your product, we may need you to share images and videos of your order. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund process. 

Late/Unacceptable Returns:

If you don’t contact us within 48 hours of order receipts, Lali holds the right to auto-cancel any refund requests. Additionally, a return request can also be denied if the product is found to be used, opened, or the seal has been tampered with. 

Approved returns: 

We’ll process your refund or exchange within 21 business days of receiving your returned item. Once received, the product will be inspected for quality and use by our quality team. Once approved, we will let you know via email that your refund has been initiated. Please allow 21 business days for refund to be credited before contacting Lali customer care. 

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already shipped, please follow our return policy.
